What makes Five Horsemen Construction unique?
We keep change orders to a minimum, only implementing them when changes are made to the initial plan to ensure that the budget doesn't exceed the original projection. This approach is the most accurate and will not leave property owners with unexpected cost overruns.
What happens at the end of my project?
We obtain a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) from the Department of Building (DOB) to ensure the paperwork and completed project complies with all applicable laws & regulations.
